Packaging and preparation for dispatch

After fractionation, finished quartz sand is packed in big bags or 25 kg bags. Proper packaging helps preserve material characteristics during storage, handling and delivery.

Choosing the packaging format

Twenty-five kilogram bags are convenient when material needs to be handled manually, dosed accurately or used gradually. Big bags suit companies working with larger volumes and equipped for mechanical unloading.

We do not sell quartz sand in bulk. Packaged supply protects the product from mixing with other materials and makes stock control easier for the customer.

How packaging works

The finished fraction moves from the production line to the packaging area. The material type, fraction and selected packaging format are taken into account for each order.

After filling, the packaging is closed and prepared for transfer to the warehouse. Different fractions must remain separate and the material must be protected from moisture.

Storage and logistics

Packaged products are stored in the warehouse until dispatch. Our own fleet of transport vehicles and warehouse equipment supports handling, loading and delivery.

Before preparing an offer, we confirm the required fraction, volume, packaging format and delivery city. This allows the shipment arrangement to be agreed in advance.
